This production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream is intended to be G rated entertainment for the entire family. As with all Shakespeare plays, it includes references to a full range of human experiences including sexuality. Sequences of characters falling in love include comic references to sex that only adults will catch and there is no staging of graphic sexuality. In the play within a play performed by the mechanicals, the characters of Pyramis and Thisby enact taking their own lives.

Pericles, Prince of Tyre contains references to and discussions of sexual violence, incest, human trafficking, exploitation, murder, political persecution, famine, shipwrecks, and the loss of family members, including the presumed death of a parent and child. The play also includes themes of grief, emotional distress, and peril. Most of these events occur offstage and are not graphically depicted, but are instead conveyed through Shakespeare's poetic storytelling within a narrative that ultimately affirms hope, reconciliation, and renewal.
